Here are some frequently asked questions about our services.

In order to ensure a clear and professional framework for each mission, we systematically establish acollaboration agreementfor all the events we participate in.

This document formalises our agreement and details the roles, responsibilities, and conditions of our intervention. It includes notably:

– the objectives of the service,

– the terms of presence and access on site,

– aspects related to image rights,

– delivery deadlines,

– and all practical information to ensure a smooth report that meets expectations.

This approach allows us to work transparently, anticipate the specific needs of each event, and guarantee a smooth experience for all stakeholders.

We adjust the number of photographers according to the specifics of your event: number of participants, route, duration, access to key areas, etc.

In general, our teams consist of3 to 10 photographers, strategically distributed to capture the key moments wherever they occur.

We make it a point to deliver your memories as quickly as possible.

Abest-of albumis first sent to you within hours following the event. Depending on the production workload, this timeframe may exceptionally extend to 24 hours.

Thecomplete album for participantsis then uploaded within2 to 3 days maximum, in order to ensure optimal quality of sorting, processing, and presentation of the images.
